Reservation and cancellation policy

Cars: 

Cancellations of prepaid reservations within 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery of the vehicle are not refundable.

Where no reservation cancellation notice has been given, our company is required to maintain the vehicles availability for 24 hours or until the end of the stations opening hours, whichever comes first.

After the grace period, the reservation will be marked as “No Show” and a cancellation fee (CNF) will be charged on the client card for the amount of EUR 31.00.

In case of late arrival, Hellenic Rentals is not obliged to provide the same vehicle category as the reservation but whatever is available at the time of pick-up by the customer. This may include a different vehicle category & prices may vary from the original reservation price.

Motorbikes:

 There are no cancellation or modification fees up to 48 hours before the vehicles pick-up.
